Subscription but still no free Online Access?

HJM gets from subscription agencies regularly "ELECTRONIC ACCESS CLAIMS", together with  subscription and access details. While online access is free for subscribers of the print edition,  online access can only be provided if the subscribing institution signs the HJM Online Subscription Agreement. The license is a mutually binding contract between publisher and subscribing institution.  If you prefer,  you can go through your agency to claim  online access. But we still need the  license agreement. Of course, in case that you change agencies, you don't need a new license.

The main points of our license are
1.  You must inform us in case of  cancellation of your subscription. We operate on an honors system. Instead of going through an annual renewal ritual, we expect that subscribers inform us promptly about cancellation   in order to have all access removed.
2.  You cannot use files for ILL's.

Online access includes not only current issues but also  all backfiles, from Vol.1, 1975 on.  Regardless of subscription history.
